What's New

Sellers Home Inspections

The new trend in real estate sales is for the seller to have an inspection done before going on the market. This enables the seller to see the pitfalls of their home through the neutral party that specializes in seeing the small things that are often missed.

Home Inspection Services

Greening Home Inspections offers a range of exclusive services at affordable prices. We pride ourselves on providing high quality inspections giving the customer peace of mind.

Buyer Inspections/Existing Homes

We will work with your schedule to do a thorough inspection of the home you are buying. Most inspections take between 2-4 hours, and we are happy to meet with you when finsihed and share our findings to better help you understand your new home.

We follow the Texas Real Estate Commission standards of practice in inspecting your home and use eyes trained by over 500 classroom hours of instruction, field work, and many years of home knowledge. We take extra care with first time homebuyers, explaining how to best care for your investment.

Seller/ Pre-Listing Inspections

A seller can rest assured that their home is at an optimum selling level with a pre-listing inspection. An inspector uses a neutral view of the good and bad conditions in a home that the owner may overlook. This can help the homeowners upgrade their home beofre placing it on the market, derailing future delays in the selling process.

New Home Inspection

A new home inspection can uncover areas that the home builder has overlooked. A prospective buyer thinks that the builder has everything perfect in a new home. This is not always correct. An inspection like this can help save the home owners money by getting the builder to fix the problems.

One Year Warranty

Have an inspection on your home just before your one-year warranty runs out is an excellent way to save money. A homeowner does not always know what to look for concerning problem areas in the new home. An inspector can find things that may be overlooked. The problems are then fixed by the builder and not you the home owner, saving you money in the long run.
